Many small business owners went into business to do the things that the business does.
However, they soon learn that being in business means alot more than providing the good or services that the business provides. The owners now find themselves having to be human resource managers, accountants, sales people and every other job you can think of in order to make a business run.
Instead of punching a time clock, leaving the day's worries behind at the end of the day and collecting a paycheck each week, they work late most nights, worry about meeting next week's payroll and never stop thinking about the business.
Most owners did not sign up for this and soon find out that instead of owning a business, they realize that the business owns them.
We hope the next few pages provide some insight on how to stop the cycle.
