Bud is a 1956 graduate of Fordham University and became certified in the early 1960s. After practicing in New York City for a number of years, he moved to the Berkshires in the early seventies. In 1973 he joined George Murphy to form Murphy and Riley, the predecessor to today's firm.While semi-retired, Bud primarily does consulting and tax work. An avid tennis player, he and his wife Phyllis, who have six grown children, spend their leisure time traveling the world.
