John is a 1991 graduate of
Bentley
College
and joined the firm in 1995 after working with a firm in the
Boston
area for four years. John serves a variety of individual and business tax clients and also has extensive experience with audits of employee benefit plans and nonprofit organizations.
He is very familiar with Federal, state and other regulatory compliance requirements of nonprofit organizations. He has also been involved with the preparation and review of the Massachusetts Uniform Financial Report, exempt organization information returns and various other reporting requirements.
John is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. John resides in
Pittsfield
with his wife, Tricia, and two daughters and is involved in coaching youth sports. jkeegan@lckcpa.com
